How to activate God Mode in Windows 10

This is an interesting little tweak if you like to have all your administrative or power-user tools in a single place.  God Mode is available on Windows 10, but it doesn’t change the way things work and grant you  access to things that you shouldn’t be seeing.  You still need to be an administrator to use the options that are available.

Here’s how you do it:

1. on your desktop, right-click and choose “New Folder”
2. name the new folder: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}
3. you should have a new icon that looks like this:

That’s it!  when you double-click that icon, you’ll get access to a bunch of nifty tools.  keep in mind that all these options are already available in some other way in Windows.. God Mode just lets you access them more easily and all in one place.

The categories that you will find in God Mode are essentially the same ones as in the control panel.  This means that if you have some vendor specific items in the control panel, you will probably also find them in that new folder.
